Initial Contact

We prioritize your needs by gathering essential information about you and your project quickly. This allows us to expertly address your questions and offer solutions during our next conversation. All your details will be securely stored in our system, ensuring no missed meetings and maintaining 100% privacy. During our conversation, we will schedule a meeting with our team at your convenience to discuss solutions, costs, and most importantly, answer any questions you may have about us or our company.

Follow up

We hit the ground running. First, we will send over one email of key literature about ourselves, and the specific job you are requesting assistance with as well as some key resources for you to explore and dive deeper. Then we send your information and meeting time to our team, where they will start preparing for your meeting. Following our initial contact prior to your meeting with our build team you may receive a few text or emails, asking questions or giving you updates on our efforts prior as well as some genuine and automated reminders of your meeting to come

Consaultation

During your consultation, you will be introduced to our team and company, and discuss your goals and the scope of work for your project. we will review how we ensure quanlty and saftey standards on our projects, as well as how we operate to ensure efficiency, and review our estimation process and similar projects we have done and the cost associated, and much more!

Onsite Mesure

Once your intent and desires are understood we will schedule the best possible time to send send out, one of our knowledgeable estimators will come out, to do a detailed breakdown of your property, site restrictions, and measure, gather photos, everything we need to get you a detailed proposal for you to review; this step included taking pictures using drones or other devices to gather accurate information on the property.

Design Consultation

Working with our design and customer experience team to find the right layout, products, and services that you want as well as find trending and hot upgrades you can make to you already amazing designs, and create an obtainable dream design that we will draw and produce a model so you can see exactly what to expect. One of the best things about Watson solutions is that you have full creative control of your project. After working with our design team they will sit down with the estimator and explain the expectations, goals,and design of your project and he will get to work writing a carefully crafted plan to achieve exactly what you want, for a reasonable price, and without any surprises, once approved our Customer Experience Team will sit down with you on the phone or in person depending on your preference, and go over exactly what you're getting and the cost associated with it. You can review items and change things to best suit your specific needs.

Preperation

Once we get your initial investment, we will get to work, Ordering your materials from our trusted network of suppliers, and filing all of the appropriate paperwork with the local municipality securing all of the relevant permits to start your project. We will reach out to you with some more information and timeline, at that point our "Prep Crew" will be there to do essential work to pave the way for the instalation crews. Our prep team will come in and prep the site, protect all of your personal belongings and make the necessary preparations for the building process to begin, this includes all of the property protection for the walls, floors, ground, and addressing problem areas so they can be protected well before demo as well as all necessary prep work for the next crew, this is an essential part of the process to make sure there is no unexpected circumstances when the installation crew arrives!

Pre Construction

At this point you are all ready for the install crew to come in and get to work! Once the second round of funding is secured you will know exactly when the installation crew will be there and you can expect to see the first materials being dropped off a few days prior. Some things may come partially finished or started due to extensive off site preparation for your job. Your crew will show up at the agreed upon day and time, take any further measures they need to protect property and begin laying out for your project, don't be scared if this takes a day or so to finalize prep and start layout, this is an important foundation of any good project. You can talk to them and ask questions to them as they arrive, you will find knowledgeable and caring team eager to help build your knowledge and share their know how

Phase Breakdowns

At every junction point rest assured the crew is taking plenty of pictures and reviewing work before moving on to the next phase, any mistakes are important to catch early so they can be appropriately handled prior to any next phases of the project. On larger projects you can expect the lead or PM to walkthrough and review the work of each tradesman, and once completed go over with you and take a few minutes to explain to you what, how, and why they did what they have as well as answer any questions you may have throughout the process.

Initial Compleation

The lead and the project manager will do a walkthrough to review everything and make sure our work matches our quality standards and that everything is spot on from colors to final touches, making sure nothing is missed, everything works, and all quality standards are exceeded. To ensure we will blow you away with the results. Well, every great project must come to an end. You can expect tons of photos and documentation of the work completed for us to utilize in our files and marketing. Inspectors may stop in to look at and give their stamp of approval on the final completion of your project, and we will start disassembling our worksite and property protection measures, ensuring all messes are picked up and no damage is made to the worksite or any other part of the property upon exit. Once completed or doing final touches our team will work extensively to make sure we always leave your home and property better than we found it. Ensuring all garbage and materials are removed from the site, all of the waste and dust is cleaned, leaving you nothing but your beautifully finished space that is ready for you to enjoy, instead of a new chore.

Total Compleation

Once finished with their walkthrough, your team lead and PM will walk through with you, pointing out details and functionality of your new or refreshed space. You can take a look, ask questions or chat about the job as we will try to load you with as much information as you want to know about your redefined space. You can point out anything that looks off to you, and we can explain or make the appropriate adjustments to refine your space till it matches your dreams. Now that everything is done, it's time to go back to the shop, making sure everything is carefully removed from your property, all dumpsters, materials, and other equipment is collected then, we will collect all the important information about materials used, plans, colors, maintenance & Service Info and recommendations. We will give you a copy of everything, collect our final payment, and set a time in a few months to check in and make sure everything is going as expected.

Warranty

Once the final payment is secured, we will begin processing your warranty.This may be issued immediately or may come a few days later but rest assured you will get our warranty certificate for all of the work we completed. All of our new construction warranty extends 2 years and can be pushed to 5 years if you desire, at this time you will also be given links and opportunities to speak directly to our future customers and prospects about your favorite parts of Watson Solutions.
